REFUND POLICY

First of all, if you are looking at this, chances are that you have purchased something off Toowoomba Bikes and Bits and we would like to thank you for your business. We understand that sometimes your goods will need to be exchanged or refunded due to unforeseen circumstances.

Toowoomba Bikes and Bits offers a 30 day opportunity for returns of goods that are stocked items for exchange or refunds. Please call us first on 074632 1700 to receive assistance and instructions for your return. All goods are to be returned in original packaging, tags attached and unused to receive a full credit. Please allow up to 20 working days to process your return due to shipping delays and EFT waiting periods. In most cases claims will be processed within this time.

Shipping costs will be covered by Toowoomba Bikes and Bits if goods are not what was initially ordered. In cases of incorrect ordering, goods may be exchanged in person or via customers own method of shipping at their cost.

Special order items are non refundable. If there is a fault with a product or an error on our part, we will have this corrected. Change of mind on these special orders however will not be eligible for a refund.
